Sandeep Reddy is a product and digital transformation leader specialising in strategy, AI-driven platforms, and large-scale product ecosystems across GovTech, mobility, and B2B environments. He currently leads product operations at Emirates Transport, overseeing a multi-billion-dirham business unit and driving enterprise-wide product strategy, platform delivery, and operational excellence. With more than 12 years of experience across the Middle East and India, Sandeep has built and scaled multiple digital platforms spanning smart mobility, SaaS, and AI-enabled systems. He established and scaled a Product Management Office, launched several high-impact digital products, and aligned delivery execution with executive-level strategic roadmaps. His work focuses on connecting product, data, and design to deliver measurable business and societal impact. He brings prior leadership experience from global and high-growth organisations including Uber, OYO Rooms, and Rapido, where he led multi-region growth initiatives, platform adoption, and product-led expansion. Sandeep is also certified across multiple Microsoft Azure AI disciplines and is known for applying AI/ML, NLP, and generative technologies to solve complex operational challenges. He is passionate about building scalable, future-ready digital platforms and collaborating on bold product initiatives that modernise industries and public systems.
