From manual to automated: A practical AI playbook
AI is everywhere in product conversations, but very few teams move beyond experimentation into structured implementation. This keynote focuses on practical execution. Graham shares exactly how he has introduced AI automation across product and development workflows, with a clear step by step blueprint that attendees can replicate inside their own organisations. This is not theory. It is a transparent breakdown of what was implemented, how it was rolled out, and the efficiency gains that followed. You will see real examples of manual processes converted into AI driven workflows, including reducing unnecessary meeting attendance through AI note taking tools such as Granola, automating product development workflows, and improving operational efficiency across Product Operations. Attendees will leave with a structured implementation guide covering where to start, how to prioritise use cases, how to secure internal buy in, and how to scale automation responsibly.
